These terms cover the refer a friend program run by Meowgical Web (“Meowgical”, “we”, “us”). By sending us a referral you agree to them. They sit alongside our Terms of Use.
How it works
- Tell us about your friend through the form on our Refer a friend page.
- We reach out with a friendly message and let them know you sent us.
- If they start a project with us, you get 10% off your next add-on service or care plan.
What counts as a referral
A referral counts when:
- Your friend is new to us. They aren’t a current or past client, and they aren’t already talking to us about a project.
- Your friend starts a project with us, which means they accept our proposal and pay their first invoice.
- You aren’t referring yourself or a business you own.
If more than one person refers the same friend, the first referral we receive counts.
Your reward
- You get 10% off your next add-on service or care plan, such as a Creative Services project or a Hosting & Care plan. It doesn’t apply to our website packages.
- You earn one reward for each friend who starts a project with us.
- We’ll let you know by email when your reward is ready to use.
- Rewards have no cash value. They can’t be swapped for cash or passed on to someone else.
Contacting your friend
Please only refer someone who would be happy to hear from us. We use the details you share to introduce ourselves and tell them you sent us. If they’re not interested, we leave it there. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle their information.
Changes to the program
We may change these terms or end the program at any time. A change won’t affect a reward you’ve already earned. We may also turn down a referral or hold back a reward if the program is being misused, for example through fake or repeated referrals.
